2019 Lawson Reserve Clare Valley Cabernet
-
Revealing plums, spice, red fruits, and a touch of cedar with red pepper notes on the nose. The palate dances with classic cabernet characteristics of chocolate, cedar, red fruits, and spice. Soft tannins and clean acidity guide the experience, resulting in a well-balanced and delightful wine.

An elegant and effortlessly long cabernet sourced from the Clare Valley. It gets so much of this region with the dark fruit and dark chocolate mix on the nose and the generous and lavish integrated palate. Has a fragrant lavender and sage character. Minerally and slightly chalk tannins integrated perfectly. A most complete wine.

Impressive cabernet blended from the Barossa and Clare Valleys. Generous, rich and lavishly opulent, while retaining that first structural core that is cabernet. Brimming with dark fruits, a little bay leaf and black olive and a rich chocolaty character. Perfumed aromas entice from the start. Fine integrated tannins complete the palate finish.
